Return Products

You have the right to return the products you bought, within 14 days from the date you receive them.

In this case you will be charged the shipping costs of the products.

Returns are only accepted if the products are in the same condition in which you received them, along with the retail receipt or invoice.

To avoid your own inconvenience, it is good to carefully check at the time of delivery of your order the condition of the products sold and their packaging intact in order to identify any obvious defects (eg broken goods, wrong type, etc.).

Change Policy

Changes are made only upon presentation of the appropriate document and not after the end of 14 working days. Return costs are borne exclusively by the customer. Changes are only accepted if the products are in the same condition in which you received them.
