Prices

The prices quoted are in euros and include VAT 24%. Shipping costs are charged to the Customer and are calculated automatically depending on the weight of the products at the end of the order.

Availability

We execute your order within our available stocks. In case one of our products is not available in our stock, we undertake to contact you informing you of the deadline within which the product can be delivered to you.

In cases where the products you ordered are not available you will be informed by e-mail or by phone about the exact delivery time. If you agree on the new delivery time you must inform us by e-mail or fax that you are aware and wish your order to remain active. In case the new conditions for the execution of the order do not satisfy you, your order will be canceled.

Right of Withdrawal

You have at your disposal a period of 14 calendar days to exercise the right of withdrawal, with the sole burden of the cost of returning the products. We must refund your money within 14 calendar days from the day you notify us.

Returns-Changes

You have the right to return the products you bought, within 14 days from the date you receive them.

In this case you will be charged the shipping costs of the products.

Returns are only accepted if the products are in the same condition in which you received them, along with the retail receipt or invoice.

To avoid your own inconvenience, it is good to carefully check at the time of delivery of your order the condition of the products sold and their packaging intact in order to identify any obvious defects (eg broken goods, wrong type, etc.).

You must inform us of your desire to return the products you purchased. Contact us by phone or e-mail.

The return is made by the same courier where the order was sent at our expense, when the mistake is made by us. Product returns will not be accepted unless first notified.

In all cases, the return of the product to be changed must be done together with all the documents that accompanied the product (eg DA, DAT, Retail Rep.) And its complete packaging.All Product Returns are at the customer's expense. 

Returns with our charge are made only when a mistake is made by us.

The return of the products will be done in the same way that the product was received by the customer.

In case of return of the products, and provided that they have been previously received and checked by the company, then the return is accepted.

Defective product: the customer must request their return, by telephone or written communication via the e-mail form "Contact" of our website, stating the details of the order. Once received and inspected by the company, it is replaced immediately. The return and re-shipment of the product is done with our shipping charge.

Cancellation Policy

The order is canceled in the following cases:

If the online order has been completed, the user - customer is entitled to cancel his order, within the above period of 24 hours, if the item has not yet been executed and has not been delivered (ie a tax document has not been issued), you can call 2291042042 or contact us via the "Contact" email form on our website and provide your order details and we will cancel your order.

Any change or cancellation of the order will not be valid without our prior acceptance and in any case the user - customer will be responsible for damages caused by the cancellation of the order.

Warranty-Return-Repair-Replacement

Products that are under warranty and are damaged are sent to greg-pumps.gr for initial repair or replacement (if it is not possible to repair them), after consultation via e-mail at info@greg-pumps.gr. Shipping and return shipping costs the customer.

A copy of the receipt or invoice must be sent along with the customer's name, address and telephone number.

Warranty period

The warranty period is mentioned next to each product, varies and is proportional to its type.

The guarantee is valid from the date of purchase of the product and occupies Greek territory.

Shipment of merchandise

The products are either sent or received from our store on L. Karamanli - Anavyssos Street. In particular, the user - customer can receive his order from our store by paying the purchase price by cash or credit card, upon receipt of products from our store. In this case, the said order will be valid for three (3) working days from the moment when the order status displays the indication "Receipt from a store", while in each case an informative e-mail is sent about the status of the order. In case the user - customer does not arrive at the store to execute his order (receipt of the order) within the above exclusive deadline of three (3) working days, the order will be canceled, without assuming the store any liability due her.

In addition, the products can be sent to the place that our user - customer has indicated in the Order Form with courier service.

Shipments are made daily, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
